XV.001 – FROM.ORANGE.TO.BLUE

It’s been a fun year with KTM, but the future for me is The Velo House blue…

The year started with a trip to Wales to try out our new KTM bikes. I didn’t have my Aera yet, but I borrowed a Myroon for a frosty photshoot in the cold Cwmcarn hillside.

Shortly after, we started The Velo House in Tunbridge Wells – a brilliant new cafe, workshop and shop for the local area.

The Southborough Wheelers TT series kept me busy in the weekdays through the summer as well as the short course XC races.

Toward the end of the summer the marathon races start to kick in and I had the chance to travel a bit too.

When the autumn came round I decided to concentrate on the LCCA league which has pretty much taken up every weekend, but has been great fun.

Its been a great 2014 aboard the KTM team. Gaz, Alex and Carwyn have been brilliant team-mates and the bikes have worked well.
